Recently we have started production of Pre Painted Galvanized steel sheets/ coils at our newly installed Colour Coating line at Haldia, West Bengal unit, under the same Premises wherein we have our Cold Rolling mill and Galvanizing line. This plant is an ISO 2008/9001 Certified unit and all our products are as per the ISO standards.
Several lines of water pipes ranging from Galvanised steel pipes to structural steel pipes to MS Black steel pipes are produced. Each pipe is subjected to a specified unit of hydraulic pressure to ensure the welding is strong and free from leakage. Pipes to be galvanized are thoroughly cleaned and treated before taking to the galvanizing bath.
